Gluten-Free Chicken Stir Fry
Ingredients:
2 Chicken Breasts - Chopped
Assorted Veggies - Pick your favorites
White Rice
LaChoy's Teriyaki Sauce
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Step 1: Cut up Veggies or Buy Pre-Packaged Veggies
Instead of cutting up chicken first, I cut the veggies first so I don't have to wash the cutting board.
Step 2: Cut Chicken Breasts/Add Olive to Pan/Add Chicken/Salt and Pepper
Step 3: After Browning Chicken/Add Veggies/Salt and Pepper
Step 4: Saute veggies for 5 minutes/Then add La Choy Teriyaki Sauce
Step 5: While Veggies Saute' for 7-10 minutes/ Microwave Rice-Follow Directions on Box/ Equal parts water and rice - 2 cups water/2 cups rice
Step 6: Time to Eat!
